Cancellation Policy

A 20% cancellation fee applies. Please contact us within 48 hours to initiate.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure your order is correct before completing the purchase.

Refund Policy

Refunds are optional and subject to the following terms:

Dead Plants on Arrival: As perishable items, we have no control over their survival during shipping. A refund of 60% of the plant's value will be given for dead plants. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Claim: Send an email to indonesiaplants@gmail.com with proof of dead plants. The claim must be made within 48 hours of delivery, based on the tracking number provided by DHL Express.

Replacement Policy

Replacement is optional and subject to the following terms:

Dead Plants on Arrival:

    • Claims for replacement must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Send an email to indonesiaplants@gmail.com with proof of dead plants.
    • The claim must be based on the tracking number provided by DHL Express.

Shipping Costs:
Buyers agree to pay for shipping costs, or the replacement can be included with the next order.

Non-Guarantee (Non-Replaceable & Non-Refundable)

The following conditions are not eligible for replacement or refund:

  • Yellowing leaves
  • Broken or snapped stems
  • Ripped leaves
  • Travel stress
  • Delays caused by DHL Express, UPS/USPS, customs, Plant Inspection Station, unpaid taxes, duties, or fees that delay shipment and stress or harm the plants
  • Delays due to destination state or local holidays that cause shipment delays.


Please make sure to choose whether you would like a refund or a replacement, as only one option can be processed per claim.
