Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed soon after placement.
  • Ministry of Agriculture paperwork generally takes 14 working days, including Phytosanitary certificates.
  • Wholesale orders (100+ plants) may take longer to process.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Delivery times:
    • Asia: 2-4 business days
    • USA: 4-7 business days
    • Other: 5-9 business days

Taxes & Fees:

  • I am not responsible for any taxes, fees, or duties charged by DHL Express, destination customs, or any other parties outside of Indonesiaplants.

Packaging:

  • Moist sphagnum moss to wrap the roots.
  • Plastic wrap to secure the sphagnum moss.
  • Dacron to stuff each plant and reduce shaking and prevent scratches.
  • Paper to cover each plant (with Dacron inside for extra protection).
  • Outer layer of thick DHL Express cardboard size 7 for protection.
  • Insulation (depending on requests/season) to protect plants from temperature fluctuations.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • Shipment confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped.

Default Paperwork:

  • Phytosanitary Certificate (Free)
  • Commercial Invoice
  • Declaration Letter (stated in the Phytosanitary Certificate)
  • Shipping Label by DHL Express
  • Import Permit (if necessary)
  • Green & Yellow Labels (if necessary)
  • Packing List (if necessary)

Buyer Responsibility:

  • Buyers must inform us of any additional paperwork needed and how it should be included in the package.
  • If no instructions are provided, we will follow standard procedures. We are not liable for errors.

Liability:

  • Not responsible for loss or delays after shipment, including issues with customs, USDA, or DHL.
  • Once the package ships, control over delivery is beyond our reach. Both buyers and Indonesiaplants agree to monitor the shipped packages and stay in contact if issues arise.

Electronic Shipment Proof:

  • Proof will be sent via email, including:
    • Original Phytosanitary Certificate
    • Commercial Invoice (upon request)
    • Photo of the package
    • Photo of plants just before shipment
